Whether you are managing a business, balancing caring responsibilities, studying, ‘doing life’…we know what it’s like balancing all the plates. Seasons is a space that invites you to slow, to find pockets of time in your day for you, whether that’s a solo coffee, grabbing time to read a book or connecting with others in a class, a networking event or a gathering.

We bring like-minded people together, in our bright, quirky coffee house, with adjoining accessible ground floor yoga studio + therapy rooms, to serve great-tasting coffee, lite bites, offer movement practices, host amazing events, gatherings + more!
